Supplementing and updating the statistical information on Spain’s capital stock and its territorial distribution being produced for more than a decade by a team of experts from the Instituto Valenciano de Investigaciones Económicas (Ivie) and Valencia University, in partnership with the BBVA Foundation.

This book offers aggregate capital expenditure and stock series for the period 1964-2002, and provincial and regional series up to 2000. As in previous editions, a distinction is drawn between private and public capital, with itemisation by expenditure line in the first case and productive sector in the second. The CD-ROM that accompanies the book contains a complete electronic edition of the investment and capital stock series, along with useful search tools.
