This working paper comprises advance data from the book Measuring the Quality of the Justice System (I): lawyers and court representatives. It sets out the most important findings of the «Survey of expert users: lawyers and court representatives» conducted in the framework of the BBVA Foundation’s Forum on Judicial Reform and Management.

The results and technical features of this survey are attached as an Appendix. Its text will form part of a book to be released some time in 2003 as a co-publication of the BBVA Foundation and the Consejo General del Poder Judicial.
