Políticas salariales y de empleo en el sector público español

Social Sciences > Economics, Public Policy > Public Economics

Personnel policy represents the biggest cost item in the financial activity of the public sector. This research constitutes an economic analysis of the decisions on increasing the workforce and determining wage policies in the sector. Among the questions tackled in this research are a definition of a personnel management policy associated with less rigid remuneration levels and job categories, and the search for the optimal level of decentralization in the structure of wage bargaining.
