The objective of U-Ranking is to analyze the performance of Spanish universities and offer comparable and synthetic images of these higher education institutions. Based on the study of the universities’ activities in teaching, research and innovation, the project develops different rankings that are analyzed in depth in this report.

The 48 public universities in Spain are ranked by U-Ranking according to their activity and volume of results. The report analyzes the position of these universities in each classification and assesses the similarities and contrasts between U-Ranking and other well-known rankings. It shows the results in teaching, research and innovation, and examines the sensitivity of the ranking to changes in the importance of these activities.
